Installation of Instrumentation:

Our technicians have extensive experience with every type of instrumentation technology. We understand how each measuring device should be installed into the process to ensure that the most accurate reading will be taken with the least amount of maintenance.

Troubleshooting:

Whether it is an instrument malfunction, incorrect installation, or process problem. We can identify the root cause of instrument problems and provide solutions.

Loop checks:

Loop checking is required to find deficiencies and verify proper operation of the instrument. Our technicians can safely perform this task when time is of the essence.

Calibration and specialty testing services:

Redline has the proper calibrated tooling and meters to perform accurate instrument calibration. Each one of our tools and meters is calibrated to NIST standards. Calibration certificates and calibration documents will be provided for each calibration performed.

On-site staffing (long term, short term, part time):

Outages and turnarounds usually have a short timeframe. If you need additional staffing to keep up with the schedule, we can provide the necessary workforce. Long-term support can also be provided to keep up with the demand for continuous online operation without disruption to production.
